About the white lines of Ken’s original red shorts. there are two types of his red shorts with lines, code type line and tape type line. he wore these in 1961.
I guess ‘white-tape shorts’ are less numerous. I haven’t found any outfits and accessories with the exact same ‘white-tape’ so far.
‘white-code’ seems to have been used for Barbie fashion 1959-61 #966 Plantation Belle first. also used for Barbie fashion 1962-63 #937 Sorority Meeting hat.
